It's January! of 2012! Which means it's a new year! Happy (belated) new year, everyone!
And of course, with a new year, there's always those pesky new year resolutions that pop up. Of course, nobody manages to fulfill them, but hey, as those people who strayed away from their resolution say, "It's the effort that counts."

For those that are in the I-will-lose-weight camp, I present you this New Years smoothie. It's filled with healthy stuff with no added sugar. And come on, read the title, this smoothie has tofu in it! Whatever has tofu in it
has to be healthy. It's a
rule, no, the law of the land! But don't worry, the orange juice, banana, and berries will cover up the tofu taste a bit. You're still going to taste the tofu, but hey - losing weight automatically translates to mediocre tasting foods. No matter what those weight loss programs advertise, not fatty food always tastes worse than fatty foods. It's like comparing a triple chocolate milkshake with loads of whipped cream and hot fudge on top to this tofu smoothie. Which one is going to taste better? The chocolate one, duh. But which one will be healthier? The tofu one. It's just the (sometimes sad) way the cookie crumbles.
